Dr. Hendry directs all research and development at API. Dr. Hendry obtained a
Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from Cornell University in 1970 and has held a number of
academic appointments including at Cornell University, The Pennsylvania State
University and the Medical College Of Georgia. He is currently Adjunct Professor in the Department of
Physiology and Endocrinology at the Medical College of Georgia and in the College Of Pharmacy at the University of Geogia. Dr. Hendry has spent the last 25 years performing research that has formed the basis for API's
technology and is the principal inventor on all API patents.

An Atlanta native, Jay Williams began his career with the Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games in 1991. Today he is president of Williams Investment Group, Inc., a diversified investment company specializing in opportunities within the real estate and venture capital markets. Jay founded the company in 1994. Additionally, he is a director with Oakmont Industrial Group, Inc., and with Accelerated Pharmaceuticals, Inc.
